Registration and Payment Terms

REGISTRATION TERMS and CONDITIONS

Registrations are open until July 1^st, 2023 with preferential rates for registrations paid before June 1st 10th, 2023. They will only be done by completing an online form by clicking on this link. If you do not yet have an account on the Sciencesconf platform, you can create it via the "login" button at the top right of this page.

Authors whose paper has been accepted are asked to register and proceed to the payment as soon as possible and no later than July 1^st 2023. After this date, the registration will be closed. 

No registration and payment will be available on site during the conference.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay your registration fees using one of the following methods:

1. Bank transfer
2. Order Form

Payment could be made only in Euros (all bank charges and commissions must be paid by the participants) following the contact details given in this supplier file.  Please indicate the name and surname of the participant(s) as a reference in case of bank transfer.
You must proceed to the payment as soon as possible, at the latest before July 1^st, 2023, so that your registration is validated.

 A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration and payment.

 Please note that your invoice will be issued in Euros using the details provided on the registration online form, so please ensure to provide the correct information: institution/company name, address.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Requests to change conference registration and cancellations must be made by email to the following address: emlg2023@sciencesconf.org

• Please note that refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.

• The bank charges for the refund is on the registrants.

 INSURANCE

The organizing committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost property, or accidents during the EMLG-JMLG 2023 Conference and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance arrangements for themselves.
